Fall Into Better Routines: Upcoming Groups, Classes, & Coaching Packages at Hallowell Todaro
There's something about fall that naturally brings routines into focus.
School is starting again. Work schedules settle after summer. Calendars fill up. And tasks that felt manageable a few weeks ago can suddenly require a lot more planning, organization, follow-through, and energy.
That makes fall a great time to think about what kinds of support might make the months ahead feel a little easier.
At Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center, we have a range of groups, classes, and coaching opportunities coming up for kids, teens, college students, and adults. Some focus specifically on executive functioning. Others offer support with social confidence, productivity, studying, or the emotional impact of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).
Here's what's coming up this fall and beyond.
For Teens
Teen Executive Function Skills Series
Executive function skills — like starting tasks, managing time, staying organized, and following through — are still developing in teens. Led by Mara Dauber, M.Ed. and Kinnavey Cunningham, ABA, ET/P, this four-part live series explores Cognition, Activation, Action, and Completion through teaching, examples, and strategies teens can use right away.
No diagnosis is required. Teens participate through chat rather than camera, and recordings are available after each session.

For College Students
College Executive Function Skills Series
College brings new demands on executive functioning, from changing schedules to communicating with instructors, with far less external structure than before. EF 102: Skills in Action applies our Cognition, Activation, Action, and Completion framework to college life through short, self-paced video modules.
A separate EF 101: College Preparation pathway launches Summer 2027.

A new season doesn't mean you need a whole new routine, a perfect organizational system, or a dramatic reset.
Sometimes one new strategy, a regular place to work alongside other people, a chance to better understand how your brain works, or a supportive group of people navigating something similar can make a meaningful difference.
