Where: Fully Online (Convenient video sessions)
When: Launching this August 2026, with flexible scheduling options at convenient times (complete the sessions as quickly or with ample time in between)
Who: Anyone ages 16+ (late high school, college, or adult learners) looking for one-on-one support, motivation, and tailored study strategies. Study skills content will be individualized according to your particular study skills needs.
Investment: $750 for 6 individual coaching sessions (45 minutes each). Flexible payment plans are available! (Sessions expire 1 year from purchase date)
💡 About This Coaching Package
Our skilled executive functioning coaches work one-on-one with you to highlight your natural strengths and identify areas for growth within your unique educational path.
Your coach will be with you every step of the way to provide structure, keep you accountable, and act as a "body double" to help you execute tasks in real-time. Using a compassionate, strengths-based model, we specialize in navigating common executive-function bottlenecks to help you work with how your brain learns.

Deep dive into your current strengths and areas for growth.
Co-creating a personalized roadmap for Sessions 2-6.
Optional: If you would like a parent, guardian, or educator to weigh in on your goals during session 1, let us know! We can provide the necessary paperwork to include their input.
Sessions 2–6: Targeted Skills Development
Guided, hands-on support to build expertise in the areas that matter most to you, including:
Note-taking and textbook reading
Time management, prioritization, and planning
Task analysis/project management

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final for coaching packages and subscription-based purchases. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers except under specific, documented circumstances.
Refunds may be considered solely in cases of medical emergencies or prolonged illness that prevents participation for the duration of the package. To request an emergency refund, please email billing@hallowelltodaro.com within 7 days of your first scheduled session or the start of your subscription period. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center and are not guaranteed.

You can change your goals at any time if they align with study skills topics.

Yes, you can pay for regular coaching sessions at the regular coaching rate with the same coach. If you work with a different coach on topics beyond study skills coaching, you would need to do a coaching intake.

No, these coaching sessions are designed to be individual, one-on-one sessions. Siblings need to purchase separate packages.

Mary Sanford, Ph.D.
ADHD & Executive Function Coach
Meet Mary
Mary Sanford is a progress-oriented ADHD Executive Function Coach with a wealth experience successfully working with late teens and adult clients. Her expertise and knowledge of ADHD and her excitement in helping clients improve their lives is highly rewarding to her. In her own words, Mary loves slaying the ADHD dragons of negativity and defeating behaviors that frequently torment her clients. In addition to serving as an Executive Function ADHD Coach, Mary leads ADHD and college success workshops for Hallowell Todaro. She is knowledgeable about the challenges of ADHD and neuro-diversity and uses that knowledge to capitalize on each person’s unique gifts. Clients describe her as empathetic, compassionate, enthusiastic, flexible, and resourceful.
Mary has a PhD in Adult Education from Syracuse University, an M.Ed. in Learning Disabilities with Reading Specialist certification, and a B.S.degree in Special Education both from Bloomsburg University. Before going into higher education, she taught Special Education students, grades K-12. During the pandemic she had her first textbook published, Teachers as Thinkers: Compassion and Competence in the Classroom, a book for teachers and coach-educators. When she is not working, Mary enjoys traveling, baking, writing, gardening, and hanging out with her delightful Golden Doodles Gracie and Kellen.
