Grand Mound/Rochester, Washington. I have been in the greater Seattle area now for about 15 years.
What are your favorite books / TV shows / movies?
I like crime scene investigation, comedy, certain types of documentaries, and psychological thrillers.
What’s your favorite sport and/or sports team?

What led you to pursue a career helping others?
I saw a therapist as a child, teen, and young adult and was tremendously helped. Having experienced that, I wanted to help others.
What education, skills, and expertise do you bring to your role?
I connect well with kids and teens. I connect well with those that might be distrusting or reluctant. I can put people at ease who may typically perceive they are being judged.
Who/what inspires you?
Authenticity and compassion.
What’s your personal philosophy/approach toward the work you do?
Connection. The therapeutic relationship itself as a prime catalyst for cultivating sustainable life change.
What is one small thing people can do to improve their lives and increase their happiness?
Again, Connection. Connection with someone or something to rely on consistently.
