Ender’s Game. I enjoyed the show Russian Doll. I like the Top Chef show. Currently enjoying Mandalorian. I like superhero movies.
What is your favorite sport and/or sports team?
Grew up a Yankees Fan. Love watching baseball games, but actually I enjoy zoning out at baseball games more.

What led you to pursue a career helping others?
Not sure, probably my own misunderstandings of growing up.
What education, skills, and expertise do you bring to your role?
I’ve worked in some capacity with kids since I was a kid. I have been a substitute teacher, a salesperson at banks, a food expo at a summer beach cafe, and taught English to children in Korea. I studied anthropology with a focus on the cultural components. I have traveled to England, Germany, China, Korea, Peru, Guatemala, Israel, and lived in the southern U.S. I feel like I have some perspective on people and try to constantly accept my own challenges as a person. I’ve spent most of my mental health career working with behaviorally challenging or suicidal youth. I work the night shift at Seattle Children’s Emergency Department doing mental health evaluations.

Know your truth.
What is one small thing people can do to improve their lives and increase their happiness?
Accept your unhappiness, it’s inevitable.
