About this Group

This 4-part webinar series provides a deep dive into executive functioning skills for teens, using activities and core questioning to further strengthen participants’ EF skill sets.

ADHD Coaches Mara Dauber and Kinnavey Cunningham will guide teens through the process of creating their own "personal playbooks,” supporting them in reflecting on their unique "plays" or systems (with strategies) to help reach their goals.

The goals of this webinar series are to:

  • Support participants in critically reflecting upon their own practices, strengths, and areas for growth by creating their own "playbook"

  • Support participants in deepening their understanding of executive functioning skills and putting them into action

  • Break down each skill and provide clear examples of specific practices that participants may take up in their own lives

  • Facilitate activities for self-reflection and practicing of particular skills, providing opportunities for further development

This series is geared towards teens – middle and high schoolers, but with the intention that parents/other adults who work with youth this age could attend as well. It is intended as a follow-up to the EF teen series (though Part 1 is not a prerequisite), to support teens in further practicing and applying these skills.
