I worked within the school system for six years, providing not just individual and group therapy, but in-class social support to dozens of students. Most of these students had ADHD as well as a variety of comorbidities, so much of our work together was around reducing impulsivity and increasing attention.

What’s your personal philosophy/approach toward the work you do?

Everyone has the capacity to shine and be amazing, they sometimes just need support in figuring out how to bring out the things that. make them feel confident and unique.

What is one small thing people can do to improve their lives / increase their happiness?

Make time for things that make you happy, regardless of whether others would see it as a valuable use of your time.
