About This Group

Led by Clinical Psychology Graduate student and author of Winning with ADHD, Grace Friedman, M.S., this group is designed to support adolescents in learning more about their amazing ADHD superpowers.

This group will be mirrored off of Grace’s book which is a deep dive into ADHD at school, at home, and with friends, delivered with humor and enthusiasm. During this week-long workshop, we’ll cover a new topic each day and a multitude of strategies that can be adapted to daily domains.

The goal of this Winning with ADHD workshop is to increase confidence, advocacy skills, and adaptive strategies to be successful with your ADHD.

Registration for this group is now closed.

About Grace

Grace Friedman, M.S., is an author, blogger, and has been a passionate ADHD advocate for the last decade. Growing up with ADHD, Grace quickly realized the lack of comprehensible, accessible, and developmental-friendly resources for youth with ADHD which ignited her drive to expand and strengthen the ADHD community. Since then, Grace has coached youth with ADHD to harness their strengths, suit up to win, and learn strategies to gain traction and confidence personally, academically, and socially. Her work in the field inspired her book, Winning with ADHD, an interactive and endorsed workbook for youth with ADHD.

Grace conducts ADHD workshops and presentations, speaks about her book to teens, parents, and educators, and is extremely excited to bring her 5-week workshop to the Hallowell ADHD Center this upcoming fall. Grace is currently a doctoral student in a clinical psychology PhD program in the Seattle Area. Grace works clinically with children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, autism, and those with learning disabilities, as well as their parents. Her clinical work involves strengthening executive function skills and emotion regulation strategies, with a particular emphasis on clinical and school-based interventions. Grace utilizes a strengths-based, evidenced-based, genuine, and charismatic approach to working with children and parents.
