The Support Squad: A Clinical Group for Girls

When: 
June 26 - July 31, weekly on Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:45 pm Pacific

Who:
Available to kids ages 9-11 who identify as female (if you’re slightly outside this age range but are interested, please contact us at info@hallowelltodaro.com). You do not need to be an existing Hallowell Todaro client to attend.

Cost:
$500 for 6 group sessions


About This Group

Girls today face unique challenges, from navigating friendships to building self-confidence and learning how to express themselves authentically. This group is designed to help them develop the skills they need to thrive.

Through creative and interactive activities like art, journaling, role-playing, storytelling, and open discussions, participants will explore ways to express themselves fully and advocate for their needs. Alongside these engaging exercises, the group will provide psychoeducation and practical tools to build:

  • Self-esteem – Recognizing their strengths and embracing who they are

  • Healthy friendships & boundaries – Learning to set and maintain positive relationships

  • Stress management strategies – Handling emotions and challenges with confidence

  • Goal setting – Identifying aspirations and taking actionable steps toward them

This group is a space where girls can connect, grow, and support one another in a safe and encouraging environment. Please join us!

About Erin

Erin Williams received a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies from the University of Washington before earning a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. Erin has over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals and family structures across a variety of settings. Over the last few years, she has gained valuable experience as an ADHD and Executive Function Coach, which has allowed her to develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of how to support individuals in learning about their diagnosis, while harnessing their strengths to navigate any challenges they experience.

Erin has worked with a variety of ages from early childhood to late adulthood. It is her goal to create a compassionate space in which she is showing up as her authentic self to encourage and foster an environment in which individuals are empowered to be an expert of their stories, experiences, and lives to find comfort and security in their identities, environments, and journey of wellness.
