About the Workshop
This is a practical, 5-week workshop offering solutions for real-life organizational challenges, with the goal of improving participants' daily lives. It will teach participants a variety of practical organizational strategies, build empathy and community around what is often a source of shame (disorganization), and consider roadblocks to successful habit-building and how to overcome them.
We’ll focus on common stress points in regard to organization, including:
the kitchen,
the bathroom,
the bedroom,
everyday clutter,
the car,
the garage,
getting out the door for work,
getting kids out the door for school,
…and much more.
This workshop will be presented in a webinar format, with the host, Mary Sanford, PhD, presenting organization strategies, followed by small group problem-solving and debriefing. Each week will have a different area of focus (e.g. kitchen organizing hacks, bathroom cleaning hacks, etc.), and participants will have the option of submitting questions ahead of time and/or in the chat.
We hope you will join us!
