CBT Group for Teens: Relaxation, Resilience, and Stress Management

May 1 - June 5, weekly on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm Pacific

Who:
Teens aged 14 to 1 6 (if your teen is slightly outside this age range but still interested, contact us at info@hallowelltodaro.com). You do not need to be an existing Hallowell Todaro client to attend.

$500 for 6 group sessions


About This Group

This group helps teens learn practical ways to manage and reduce stress through CBT-based techniques and peer support. Held weekly, in person at our Seattle office, each session follows a structured format to provide tools for everyday challenges.

What to Expect:

  • Check-in: Share experiences and current stress levels in a supportive space.

  • Learn & Apply: Explore CBT-based strategies to shift unhelpful thoughts and build healthy habits.

  • Skill Practice: Try out stress management techniques through guided activities and discussions.

  • Debrief & Feedback: Reflect on experiences and get support from peers.

  • Take-Home Tools: Leave with practical exercises to apply in daily life.

About Erin

Erin Williams received a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies from the University of Washington before earning a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. Erin has over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals and family structures across a variety of settings. Over the last few years, she has gained valuable experience as an ADHD and Executive Function Coach, which has allowed her to develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of how to support individuals in learning about their diagnosis, while harnessing their strengths to navigate any challenges they experience.

Erin has worked with a variety of ages from early childhood to late adulthood. It is her goal to create a compassionate space in which she is showing up as her authentic self to encourage and foster an environment in which individuals are empowered to be an expert of their stories, experiences, and lives to find comfort and security in their identities, environments, and journey of wellness.
