When:

• Sessions are held every other week on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm

• Sept 11 to Nov 22, 2204 (9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20)

• PLUS on the second Sunday of each month from 1:30 - 2:45 pm (9/8, 10/13, 11/10)

• Option to attend either 3 sessions per month or 1 session per month

Led by ADHD Coaches Alexandra Feinberg and Brittney Covington, this group is designed to support girls entering 3rd through 5th grade in learning about, understanding, and loving their unique brains. This group will connect girls to a community of peers with similar experiences, helping them gain self-esteem and feel less isolated in their challenges.
