How long have you been working at the Hallowell Todaro ADHD center?
I have been working with the HTC since we opened our doors in 2014.

Renton, WA
What are your favorite books / TV shows / movies?
I generally like comedies and sports movies.
What is your favorite sport and/or sports team?
Seahawks and Seton Hall University basketball.

What led you to pursue a career helping others?
I’ve always recognized and appreciated getting help from others and wanted to give back anyway I could!
What education, skills and expertise do you bring to your role?
I spent 5 years working on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit at Seattle Children’s Hospital and have been working solely as an ADHD specialist since 2011.
I am proud to be consistently voted as one of the “Top Doctors and Nurse Practitioners” by Seattle Met Magazine.

Ed Hallowell, Lesley Todaro, and Russell Wilson :)
What’s your personal philosophy/approach toward the work you do?
I always try to treat and make medical decisions for patients/clients as if they were my family members/loved ones.
What is one small thing people can do to improve their lives and increase their happiness?
I believe it is important for everyone to ask for help when they need it. People often take pride in NOT asking for help, but being able to do so is a sign of good mental health.
