For his installment of the group, we’ll use “Managing ADHD Workbook for Women: Exercises and Strategies to Improve Focus, Motivation, & Confidence” by Christy Duan MD, Kathleen Fentress Tripp PMHNP-BC, and Beata Lewis MD.
