Led by ADHD Coach Mary Sanford, this seminar supports adults with ADHD who would like to access the benefits of meditation and lead a more satisfying life. It includes six one-hour sessions that provide information about meditation, challenges to these practices, and time to explore and implement different practices to see what works best for you.
