About the Group

Many women with ADHD struggle with confidence and empowerment due to their invisible (and/or hidden) struggles and social messages about roles, expectations and success.

This ADHD women’s group provides helpful content, exploration and group support to empower participants to:

  • learn more about their ADHD

  • let go of shame for executive function challenges

  • set ADHD-friendly life goals

  • expand possibilities for becoming and expressing their authentic selves

  • develop a personalized self-actualization plan and actionable next steps

Spring 2024 Group: For this installment of our book group, we’ll be reading “A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD” by Sari Solden and Michelle Frank.

The group leader, ADHD Coach Kinnavey Cunningham, supplements the book with supporting content. Each session provides information and additional resources about managing your ADHD, becoming your authentic self, identifying and applying your strengths, pursuing your interests, living a life guided by your values, and creating a personalized action plan for moving forward. Group sessions include time for learning, discussion, journaling, self-reflection, and connection with others.
