All women and female-identifying people interested in learning more about their ADHD, executive functioning, and becoming their authentic selves are invited to attend!

Those who are seeking to deepen their understanding of their experience of ADHD, would like to share or learn from other’s experiences, and/or would like to feel a sense of community in building self-concepts and self-expression would be a great fit for this group. You do NOT need to be an existing Hallowell Todaro client to attend this group.
