This group will use the “Radical Guide for Women with ADHD” guidebook by Sari Solden and Michelle Frank to explore how to “develop a strong, bold, and confident sense of self, and live a life filled with authenticity and vitality” (Solden & Frank, 2019). The group leader, ADHD and Executive Function Skills Coach Kinnavey Cunningham, will supplement this guidebook with supporting content. Each session will provide information and additional resources about managing your ADHD, becoming your authentic self, identifying and applying your strengths, pursuing your interests, living a life guided by your values, and creating a personalized action plan for moving forward. Group sessions will include time for learning, discussion, journaling, self-reflection, and connection with others.
