This group will provide participants with evidence-based skills to help cope with ADHD and the accompanying feelings using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). It will also include some strategies from “Atomic Habits” (making good habits and breaking bad ones) and Paula’s clinical practice, as well as her own ADHD experiences.
The first half will be presented in a teaching format and the second half will be for discussion and application to the specific ADHD issues of the group.
