“Body doubling” refers to working independently but alongside another person (or people). It’s a technique that many people with ADHD find helpful for staying motivated, accountable, and focused on their tasks. As the group leader, Stephanie will structure each session using the tried-and-tested “Pomodoro Method,” breaking the time up into manageable chunks with short breaks in between.
In this group, we’ll set goals together, encourage each other, and check in to provide social support to help you achieve your dream!
