This group will use the “Radical Guide for Women with ADHD” workbook by Sari Solden and Michelle Frank as a jumping-off point. The group leader, ADHD Coach Catherine Mutti-Driscoll, will supplement this workbook with supporting content. Each session will provide information and additional resources about managing your ADHD, becoming your authentic self, using your strengths, pursuing your interests, living a life guided by your values, and creating a personalized action plan for moving forward. Group sessions will include time for learning, discussion, journaling, self-reflection, and connection with others.
