About the Group
Join us as we explore ADHD through the scope of relationships! Using the book Dirty Laundry: Why Adults with ADHD are So Ashamed and What We Can Do to Help by Richard Pink and Roxanne Emery, we’ll examine common challenges associated with ADHD in the context of communicating and developing support systems within relationships.
Many individuals with ADHD encounter distinctive hurdles in forming and maintaining connections. This group will provide a supportive space for understanding, growth, and skill-building using Dirty Laundry as its structure and roadmap. Led by ADHD Coach Kinnavey Cunningham, the group will cover the complex dynamics of ADHD within the realm of relationships and provide a tailored experience for all participants seeking guidance in navigating their own relationships amid the challenges of ADHD.
This group is designed for couples but will also consider additional forms of relationships (or future relationships).
Together, we will foster a deeper understanding of the impact of ADHD within relationships, learn practical strategies for communication and connection, and build a supportive community where we can share experiences and insights.
Our goal is to empower participants to forge healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Please join us!
