A practical, approachable guide to understanding ADHD and working with your brain.
Led by Director of Executive Function Coaching, Catherine Mutti-Driscoll.
What it is:
A practical, eight-part introduction to ADHD, designed to help you better understand how the ADHD brain works and what that can mean in everyday life. The course combines clear explanations, reflection and practical strategies, with a strong focus on working with your brain rather than against it.
Who it’s for:
Adults with ADHD, people who think they may have ADHD, and anyone who wants to better understand ADHD. It may also be helpful for partners, family members, friends or other loved ones who want to better understand and support someone with ADHD.
How it works:
The course is completely prerecorded, so you can work through it whenever and wherever suits you. There are eight video lessons, each around 9–16 minutes long, for a total of about 1 hour 40 minutes of content. There are no assignments, homework or deadlines — just straightforward learning you can explore at your own pace. Downloadable slides are also available for each module.
