Teen Executive Function Skill Series (Spring 2024), Session 3

This series explores executive function skills to provide a clearer understanding of what they are, how they develop, how they can create challenges, and how to build them up. The series aims to provide practical strategies and systems to help get the hard stuff done by better understanding what gets in the way and what makes it so hard.

This webinar series is perfect for teens (and/or parents or adults supporting teens) interested in better understanding executive function skill sets. It’s open to all teens (and supporters) who would like clarification and suggestions for the development of these skills.
