Since opening our doors a decade ago, we’ve been dedicated to helping individuals with ADHD thrive through compassionate, strength-based care. Today, that mission is growing.

In response to the ongoing youth mental health crisis and demand for support across all age groups, we’re expanding both our services and our locations. In Washington state, we’re now offering care beyond ADHD to support a wider range of emotional and behavioral health needs, including anxiety, depression, and mood-related challenges. To reflect this broader scope, our name has changed to Hallowell Todaro ADHD & Behavioral Health Center. We’ve also opened a new clinic in Bellingham, Washington, expanding access to care across the northwestern region of the state.

We founded our Center in 2015 with a focus on ADHD, grounded in strength-based care. Over the years, we’ve seen the need for comprehensive support grow, especially for kids, teens, and young adults facing mounting emotional pressures. The CDC reports that over 20 percent of children in the U.S. experience mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders, and families often face disjointed care with limited local options.

“We’ve seen families struggle with long waitlists and fragmented care,” said Lesley Todaro, LMFT, co-founder. “Our goal is to provide comprehensive care so that kids and families aren’t left waiting months for answers and support.”

We will continue to offer a fully integrated suite of services, including diagnostic assessments, therapy, executive function coaching, parent coaching, and medication management. Each treatment plan is guided by a strength-based philosophy that prioritizes personal strengths, connection, and long-term growth. Care is available in person at our offices in Bellingham, Seattle, and Mountain View, CA, and remotely through secure telehealth, statewide in both Washington and California.

“When we treat mental health through the lens of hope, connection, and strengths, we change lives,” said Dr. Edward Hallowell, co-founder. “This expansion allows us to bring that model to more young people in need — and to do so with urgency and compassion.”

We’re proud to grow in a way that meets the moment, and we remain deeply committed to the individuals and families we serve.
