About This Group
Executive function skills are brain-based skills that help people “get things done.” For many Individuals with ADHD, some executive function skills are great strengths while others are challenges. Since today’s world demands a lot, an uneven executive function profile can impact women significantly in many areas of their lives. In this group, women with ADHD can learn about key executive function skills such as metacognition, time management, organization, emotional regulation, and more!
Each month, we’ll offer two meetings:
the first will introduce a key executive function skill for exploration
the second will address a “hot topic” or resource related to the month’s executive function theme
These sessions will include plenty of time to discuss and brainstorm strategies with other women while receiving support for shared ADHD experiences. If you cannot attend a session or two - don’t worry! We’ll share video recordings in an online portal for you to access.
We hope to see you there!
