We provide workplace consulting and professional development to help businesses, nonprofits, and corporate teams build awareness, reduce stigma, and create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive.

Professional development for organizations may include:

• Increasing awareness of ADHD and neurodiversity in adults

• Developing inclusive policies, HR practices, and documentation that support neurodivergent employees

• Training on strategies to improve communication, collaboration, and productivity across teams

Professional Development for ADHD Practitioners

We also provide training and support for therapists, coaches, and other professionals working with the ADHD population. Our monthly Case Consultation Group offers the opportunity to consult with an experienced clinician, discuss interventions and best practices, and strengthen your work with clients.
