Social Confidence and Skill Building for Kids

Who: Middle-school-age kids who have/had an ADHD or Anxiety diagnosis (open to current and non-current clients)

Where: In-person at our Bellingham office

When:

  • Weekly on Thursdays, 3-4 pm`

  • October 1 to November 5 (October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Nov. 5)

This group is designed to help pre-teens with ADHD or anxiety build social confidence and strengthen the skills they need to connect with peers. Through practical activities and guided practice, kids will learn strategies for navigating social situations, starting conversations, managing social anxiety and rejection, and feeling more confident being themselves around others.
