ADHD Skills Group: High School

  • High School Group: Mondays, 7:30 to 9:00 pm Pacific, September 12 - October 17, 2022

These 6-week groups provide support through strategies, meaningful connection, and accountability.

Each session is organized around a short presentation from the facilitator with ADHD-friendly strategies for achieving goals, building confidence, and reducing stress. Participants have time each week to apply the strategies and make progress on personal goals, restoring a sense of optimism for what’s possible.
