Weekly Planning and Accountability Group

Many individuals with ADHD struggle with the executive function skills required to regularly plan, prioritize, and get started on weekly tasks. This 5-week group will provide support through strategies, camaraderie, and accountability to wrap up 2021 in the most effective and productive way possible (and just in time for all the extra tasks we have for the holidays)!

This 5 week ADHD group will empower participants to: 

  • prioritize the most essential tasks, 

  • plan for productive weeks, 

  • better manage task initiation and sustained attention challenges, and

  • boost confidence in abilities!
