Ongoing Services:

Therapy 

  • Diagnostic Intake Evaluation: $795 (up to 90 minutes)

  • Modified Diagnostic Intake Evaluation: $400 (up to 60 minutes)

  • Therapy Session: $260 (up to 50 minutes)

  • Therapy Session with a PhD-Level Therapist: $290  (up to 50 minutes)

Couples Therapy

  • Couples Intake : $400 (up to 60 minutes)

  • Therapy Session: $300 (up to 60 minutes)

Coaching 

  • Coaching Program Intake: $200 (60 minutes)

  • Coaching Session: $145 (up to 50 minutes)

Parent Coaching  

  • Initial Consultation: $200 (90 minutes)

  • Parent Coaching Package: $1,110 (6 hours)

  • Parent Survival Basket: $1,850 (10 hours)

School-Based Services

  • All school-based services - $175/hour

Psychiatry/Medication Management with Staff Psychiatrist

  • Up to 60-minute assessment appointment # 1 with Staff Psychiatrist- $650

  • Up to 45-minute assessment appointment #2 medication/therapy appointment with Staff Psychiatrist - $515**

  • Up to 30 min standard follow-up with Staff Psychiatrist - $515

**Clients are required to attend the second appointment in person at our Mountain View office

Medication Management with Medical Director

  • Up to 60-minute assessment appointment # 1 with Medical Director - $750

  • Up to 45-minute assessment appointment #2  medication/therapy appointment with Medical Director - $595**

  • Up to 30 min - Standard follow-up with Medical Director - $595

**Clients are required to attend the second appointment in person at our Mountain View office

Pathways to Diagnosis Prior to Treatment:

Clinical Assessment/Diagnosis completed by a psychologist or therapist

  • 90-minute assessment appointment - $795

*Clients can be referred to Medication Management after the Clinical Assessment - please see the standard Medication Management pricing for this.

Medical Assessment/Diagnosis completed by the Medical Director
This option is available to new clients that are currently working with a therapist outside of Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center and are seeking medication management services. These clients will not require a clinical assessment prior to receiving medication management services through the center.

  • Appointment #1 - up to 90 minutes, $1,050

  • Appointment #3 - up to 30 minutes, $595
