What are some of your favorite books, movies, and/or TV shows?
My favorite book is The Alchemist. I have a few favorite shows which include: Friends, Gilmore Girls, Grey’s Anatomy, and Scandal. There’s so many good movies but off the top of my head I love the movie Forest Gump.
What is your favorite sport and/or sports team?
All Philly teams!

What led you to pursue a career in helping others?
I have always loved connecting with people and being part of their growth journey.
What education, skills and expertise do you bring to your role?
I was an elementary special education teacher for four years, where I learned so much about working with children and adapting to different learning styles. Now, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. My focus is mainly on special education and family/caregiver experiences.
Who/what inspires you?
My parents inspire me with their positivity, care, and hardworking nature.
What’s your personal philosophy/approach toward the work you do?
My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and celebrating progress, focusing on meeting each person where they are.
What is one small thing people can do to increase their happiness?
Reach out to someone you care about with a thoughtful message or a call—it strengthens connections and brightens both your day and theirs.
